Jeep Makes the Best Gladiator With Top Dog Concept
Jeep special editions are necessary to the world. Without an in-person SEMA show or even an Easter Jeep Safari, Jeep had to pour those creative juices somewhere, and today it goes into the Gladiator Top Dog concept. It’s made for mountain bikers, but it looks like an overlanding beast, if not a true trail runner. It features a boatload of aftermarket parts, all under warranty from Mopar.
This Jeep Gladiator concept was built to go off road with hard-core mountain bike enthusiasts. It features a concept hood, snorkel and a front grille guard.
All told the Jeep Gladiator Top Dog concept uses 20 Jeep Performance Parts, all factory-backed.
The passenger side of the Jeep Gladiator Top Dog concept features pull-out drawers to store tools and supplies. There are more shelves and storage inside.
The Jeep Gladiator Top Dog concept gets 17-inch JPP beadlock-capable aluminum wheels with 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 mud-terrain tires.
The Jeep Gladiator Top Dog concept features a JPP two-inch lift kit with FOX shocks providing increased ground clearance
The paint on the Jeep Gladiator Top Dog concept is called K-9 Blue.
Five-inch off-road LEDs, from the Mopar catalogue’s Jeep section, help light the trails at night.
The 2020 Jeep Gladiator Top Dog concept is made for mountain bike enthusiasts.
The driver’s-side storage system on the Gladiator Top Dog concept gets a battery-powered refrigerator and electric hot-dog roller grill stand “ready to refuel riders for the next section of challenging trails.”
OK, that’s sweet.
A Snap-On toolbox fit inside the storage space if you want to eschew the hot dog roller.
Here’s where you keep the beers, but never drink and bike (or drive).

The interior is similar to the regular Jeep Gladiator with black Katzkin leather seats, armrests, shifter boots, steering wheel and parking-brake handle, though all are accented with blue stitching. The instrument panel is also body color.
Powering the Jeep Gladiator Top Dog concept is the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
