The first undisguised images of the Kia Sonet facelift have surfaced online. The latest set of leaked images reveals the changes made to the exterior design.<\/span><\/p>\n Let\u2019s be clear from the outset, that the Sonet facelift seen in these images is the global model. The Indian version will differ slightly.<\/span><\/p>\n As you can see, the Sonet facelift gets a revised front fascia featuring new L-shaped headlamps, while the basic shape of the front grille remains the same. At the rear, the car gets a new set of LED taillights connected by an LED light bar like the Seltos. The rear bumper looks chunkier, although the Indian version will get different bumpers.<\/span><\/p>\n The Sonet facelift is expected to get a few interior updates as well. The sub-4 metre crossover has been spotted sporting a digital instrument cluster, updated switchgear and a rear seat armrest.<\/span><\/p>\n Mechanically, the updated Sonet will be identical to the outgoing version. It will carry forward the existing 1.2-litre petrol, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed automatic and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.<\/span><\/p>\n
