Tata Nexon EV facelift leaked ahead of debut
The Nexon EV facelift will be officially unveiled on September 7 and is likely to go on sale next month.
Tata Motors recently unveiled the Nexon facelift. Now, the all-electric version of the SUV is also set to receive similar updates. Here are a few leaked images of the Nexon EV facelift that have surfaced online just days ahead of its official reveal.
The most noticeable difference between the EV and the ICE version is the LED light bar that stretches across the front fascia. Also instead of a gloss black grille, the Nexon EV gets a body-coloured panel. The shape of the front bumper and air dam looks identical though.
At the rear, the Nexon EV gets new V-shaped LED tail lights connected by an LED strip. Apart from the “Nexon.EV” badge, the rest of the rear facia looks identical to the ICE version.
The Nexon EV facelift will be mechanically identical to the outgoing version. It will get two battery options: 30.2 kWh and 40.5 kWh, offering a range of up to 312 km and 453 km, respectively. While the long-range version comes with a 141 BHP electric motor, the former gets an electric motor that generates 127 BHP.
